As you may know I've had an amazing fall and winter traveling and working in Germany, France, the Baja, Costa Rica and Hawaii. Now I am happy to say that I am a proud holder of a house key again! I've settled into life on the West Coast of Vancouver Island in Tofino, BC. I will be here for a while and I have to admit that having no driving or flying missions planned for the near future feels good. I'm also excited to say that I'm stepping it up a notch!
While on the road I had lots of time to think and seek clarity. Whats next? What do I want to be doing with my life... Story of our lives, isn't it!!?
I have been torn in many directions. Commit to more of the yoga and Feldenkrais® side of things. Target those who want to dive deeper into their practice and who want to take the time to improve their well being. The other side of me is pulled in the direction of running more surf and kite camps. Where the focus is on the sport using yoga to enhance peoples performance and to help avoid the stiffness and pain that often follows endless hours on the water.
What I'm discovering is that I don't want to choose one or the other. What I'm drawn to doing (and is typical me...) is everything.
So.... my plan is to share everything I know with you. My knowledge, experience and passions when it comes to yoga, the body, surfing, kiting, traveling and life. My hopes are to inspire you, to make you think, to make you dream and maybe step out of your box a little (or get rid of your box altogether).
I will be writing (some call it blogging) more. And I am in the process of creating specific videos for surfers and kiters to improve their performance and deal with their typical aches, pains and injuries. I will be continuing to produce my monthly free yoga videos and will be offering more holidays in the near future.
That being said, I need your help! I need to get the word out there. So if you like what I'm throwing down, share it! Like me on Facebook. Follow me on Instagram. Tell your friends to subscribe to my newsletter.
I'm super excited to step it up and start sharing more and more of what I love in life with you.
I hope you enjoy! (Feedback and opinions always welcome!)
